ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 27.03.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.6626 of 2023, the Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has circulated a copy of the order dated 13.07.2023 and submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.03.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.6626 of 2023, is complied with.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the claim of the petitioner is rejected vide order dated 13.07.2023. Hence, he seeks liberty for the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order.

4. It is seen that the claim is rejected by citing the pendency of two writ appeals. Therefore, the petitioner may wait until the final order is passed in other two Writ Appeals, since the rights of the parties will be determined as per order in Writ Appeal. If Writ Appeal is ended up in favour of the petitioner, then the respondents shall consider the petitioner's case as well.
