ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to dispose the case in SHRC No.1199 of 2014, within a stipulated time. 2.
Heard Mr.I.Pinaygash, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Muthu Manikkam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, learned Standing Counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner either in the writ petition or in the petitioner's complaint, this Court directs the second 2/4
respondent to consider and dispose of SHRC No.1199 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
