ORDER

Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is widely worded, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 29.10.2015 is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in the light of the judgement of the Honourable Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary - vs- Union of India & another reported in 2015(3) CTC 119, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner, dated 29.10.2015 in the light of the judgement of the

Honourable Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary - vs- Union of India & another reported in 2015(3) CTC 119 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
