Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is widely worded, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 16.04.2016 is directed to be disposed of by the respondents, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the petitioner, dated 16.04.2016, and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
