ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action under Sections 68 and 83 of the Registration Act, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 29.10.2020.

2. In view of the disposal of the subsequent Writ Petition filed by the very same petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.20532 of 2023 on 23.08.2023, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
