ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey her property situated in S.No.1452/1A3A in patta No.4488, at Cholapuram - II Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, she purchased the property under registered sale deed, dated 21.03.2023 and the patta for the subject property also stands in her name in patta No.4488. She submitted an application on 09.04.2025 in application No.2025/0123/26/007243, seeking survey of the subject property. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's application will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 09.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of

this order after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
