ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to recover petitioner's bike and cash, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that so far no action has been taken upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.06.2022. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.06.2022, CSR.No.223 of 2022 has been issued and the enquiry is in progress.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to take action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.06.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
