ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7614 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court dated 20.03.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.7614 of 2025 has been complied with by the respondent vide proceedings dated 16.07.2025.

3. Although it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order has not been complied with and that the respondent has merely shifted the burden to the State Government, this Court is of the view that there is no scope to continue the Contempt Petition in view of the proceedings dated 16.07.2025. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if so advised, in the manner known to law.
