3. In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.27509 of 2022 dated 19.03.2024, on the basis of the recommendation of the Accelerated Promotion Committee, the petitioner's claim was rejected by G.O.(3D)No.65, Home (Police.3) Department, dated 08.07.2024.
