The present Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to withdraw Crime No.211 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent for fair investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents contended that Referred Charge Sheet in RCS.No.13 of 2022 was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai in Crime No.211 of 2019 of Karuppayoorani Police Station and the same has been recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3. In the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.
