Prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the third respondent to remove the seal put up by him in the petitioner's premises bearing Door No.73 (Survey No.76/480) East Giriprakara Street, Kalugumalai, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4
