ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 02.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.19658 of 2023. 1/3

2. This Court passed an order in W.P.(MD).No.19658 of 2023 dated 02.04.2024, had directed the respondents to release the eligible amount to the writ petitioner along with interest at the rate of 4% per annum.

3. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner the calculation is erroneous.

4. Considering the above said factual position, this contempt petition stands closed, with a liberty to the contempt petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the authorities concerned in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
