O R D E R

By relying on sale deeds dated 09.08.2006 and 26.08.2016 and the patta standing in the names of the petitioner's late husband and the petitioner's brother-in-law, the petitioner had applied for issuance of patta in respect of an extent of 864 square feet in Survey No.136/8A1.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of on merits by the Tahsildar within three months from the date of receipt of an online application along with requisite fees.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:

(i) The petitioner shall submit an online application with the requisite fees within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

(ii) Within three months from the receipt of such online application, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits by a speaking order. Such order shall be issued after giving a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the joint pattadhar. No costs.
