************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 not to grant permission to the seventh respondent to instal prawn farm in survey Nos.525, 526 in Maraikayar Pattinam Panchayat, Ramanathapuram Taluk, 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the eighth respondent submitted that they have not proceeded with the said prawn farm in the aforesaid survey number.

3.As far as the seventh respondent is concerned, notice has not been served and therefore, no relief is granted as against the seventh respondent.
