This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection and assistance to the petitioner to construct iron fencing on the boundaries so far as the petitioner's property concerned in S.No.126/3A, Mannapatti, Bodi West Mountain, Theni District by considering the representation dated 16.12.2020 made by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
