ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.1165/2020 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the respondents 4 and 5 or any other investigating officer.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15991 of 2021 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police had filed the negative final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul.

3.Therefore, there is no investigation pending on the file of the third respondent. The criminal original petition is dismissed.
