This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.22833 of 2018 dated 21.02.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is reported that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 22833 of 2018, the respondents / contemnors have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD).Nos.1576 and 1577 of 2023 and the Division Bench of this Court directed the respondent-Department to consider the request of the School for grant of fresh approval or for disbursement of 2/4

salary during the pendency of the present Writ Appeals, as per the eligibility of the candidate / promottee.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the direction issued by this Court.
