ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner at the guise of enquiry, without any proper complaint or initiation of any proceedings legally.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely implicated in Crime No.160 of 2019, which is also taken on file in S.C.No.8 of 2020 and the case is posted for advancement of arguments on the side of the prosecution and defence. While so, the second respondent harassed the petitioner to execute bond without making any primary enquiry or initiation of proceedings.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there was no proposal to initiate any proceedings against the petitioner. Due to the local body election, History sheet in H.S.No.361 of 2021 has been opened against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent. Hence, except monitoring the movements of the petitioner, no harassment was made.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
