COMMON ORDER In both these Writ petitions, the respective writ petitioners, who are brothers sons of one Arumugam, seek for a direction to the respondent to survey and demarcate their respective properties referred to in the Writ petitions by claiming that their father has settled the respective property in their favour by way of settlement deed.

2.It appears that the petitioners have made individual representations on 14.12.2015 to the respondent seeking for survey and demarcation. Therefore, this Court at this stage, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, only directs the respondent herein to consider the representation given by the petitioners and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
