ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.L/180/16, dated 22.12.2017 and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to reside in Door No.34, ARC Colony, Kuttiyar.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the sole petitioner died, sofar no legal heirs of the deceased petitioner have filed an application to substitue themselves in the place of the deceased petitioner. 2/4

3. Since the petitioner is died, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
