ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members life and limb based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 04.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that FIR has been registered against the third respondent on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the third respondent also now registered an FIR against the petitioner. Both the FIRs are pending for investigation. He would also state that enquiry was conducted and closed on 02.10.2021.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
