ORDER

The petitioner, one Mr.N.S.Uppili, who has been convicted in a criminal case and after removal from his service, has again come to this Court seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to reinstate him in service in the fourth respondent school as Ground Marker.

2.According to the petitioner, he was appointed as Marker in the Physical Education Department in Town Higher Secondary School in the year 1993. Subsequently, a criminal case has been registered against him and unfortunately, he suffered conviction and therefore, he was removed from service. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation to reconsider his case for reappointment. However, the third respondent in his proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 28.12.2015 referring to the dismissal of the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.5564 of 2009, rejected the claim made by the petitioner.

3.When the matter stands as above, it is not known how the petitioner can come to this Court. Firstly, he suffered an order of conviction in a criminal Court and thereafter, he suffered an order of removal and this has been put to challenge in W.P(MD)No.5564 of 2009 and the same was withdrawn by the petitioner as alleged by the learned Additional Government Pleader. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
