ORDER
Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent take appropriate action on petitioner complaint in CSR No.0255 of 2026, dated 03.06.2026 and consequently ensure the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property, this writ petition is filed.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5 on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
