ORDER

Seeking a mandamus to close down a prawn culture form owned by the ninth respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the prawn form was already closed.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. The ninth respondent shall work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
