The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the second respondent to direct the third respondent to settle the petitioner's loan Account No.1819639495 under the purview of the first respondent based on the representation dated 26.12.2017 and return the documents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that pending this writ petition a OTS proposal was provided and this petitioner has also paid the entire loan amount. Therefore, all the documents have been returned to the petitioner.
