O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8956 of 2021, dated 08.07.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent/contemnor is present before this Court, stating that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy on 20.11.2021. Cont P(MD)No.1463 of 2021 4.Since it has been submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy has not taken the final report on file, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy, to process the final report and taken on file, after complying the formalities and compliance report must be submitted before the Registry.

5.With the aforesaid directions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
