ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to mutate the patta in favour of the petitioner Temple based on the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka. U(1)/1444/2015 dated 05.01.2019, by considering his representation dated 12.06.2025.

Heard the arguments of Mr.A.N.Ramanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.S.S.Madhavan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the fourth respondent and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the fifth respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. It is not in dispute that challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 05.01.2019, writ petitions have been filed by the private respondents in W.P.(MD)Nos.1264 to 1267 of 2019 and the said 3/6
writ petitions are pending. In such circumstances, it is for the petitioner to move an interim application in the pending writ petitions seeking appropriate relief, as prayer sought for in the present writ petition is a subject matter of the said pending writ petitions. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate interim application in the pending writ petitions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
