Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court exempts the petitioner from paying the Court fee for the present. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. If the petitioner/appellant succeeds in the main appeal, he shall pay the appropriate Court fee.
