When the writ petition was filed, the petitioner had prayed that the patta in the names of the 4th and 5th respondents be cancelled. The 4th respondent is Jayamani and the 5th respondent is Mooventhiran, whereas the patta stands in the names of Paraman and Palraj. Upon realising this error, the present miscellaneous petition for amendment is filed.

2. Upon verifying the patta, the said patta stands in the names of Palraj and Paraman. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for.

Consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the prayer of the writ petition.

3. List the main writ petition on 11.12.2025.
