The instant writ petition has been filed by a Correspondent of an aided school, challenging the order of redeployment issued to one PG Assistant Teacher namely Jeyachitra from the said school to a different school. 2.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Education authorities, by way of proceedings dated 17.04.2024, the order of redeployment has been cancelled and Mrs.Jeyachitra has been retained in the parent school.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 06.09.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No RJR 2/4
