For Respondent : A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.2 of 2016 on the file of the respondent ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as A1 in Crime No.2 of 2016, registered on the file of the respondent for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act. He apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent, he filed this criminal original petition for anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that final report has been filed. Cognizance of the offences was taken in C.C.No.60 of 2019, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram. The petitioner is said to be working abroad and he is due to return https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12339 of 2019 shortly. As and when he returns, he shall surrender before the Court below and apply for regular bail. It is made clear that the petitioner's application for bail will be disposed of on the same day. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be remanded to judicial custody nor he shall be arrested on his arrival to India. 3.With this direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
