ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2024 for the offences punishable under sections 5(1), 5(n), 5(i)(ii) r/w. 6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein has sexually assaulted the victim girl, who is aged about 17 years and that she became pregnant. Hence, the compliant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is in judicial custody from 01.04.2024 and seeks bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court and the offence committed by the petitioner is very serious and hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial process within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
