ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of MANDAMUS, to direct the respondents by permitting the petitioner to generate online token and consequently, to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2025, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The respondents declined to generate online token, since the present property was banned and the land is belonged to the Kalaimagal Sabha. It is admitted fact that Kalaimagal Sabha is defunct and now, it is under the Special Officer.

3.Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to ascertain from the Special Officer whether the land in dispute belongs to the Kalaimagal Sabha. If the land doesn't belong to the Kalaimagal Sabha, the Sub Registrar shall proceed to register the same. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any objection from the Kalaimagal Sabha Special Officer, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum to address his grievance. 2/4

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
