Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the Form7 of the petitioner association along with the resolution dated 27.09.;2015 which was submitted to the respondent on 21.12.2015. Mr.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondent to accept Form-7 along with resolution dated 27.09.2015. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner submitted Form-7 on 21.12.2015, the respondent refused to receive the same, without assigning any reason and returned the same to the petitioner without making any endorsement therein. Thus, it is contended that the respondent may be directed to receive the Form-7 from the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the petitioner can present the Form-7 and once it is presented, the respondent will receive the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the interested parties if any. 5.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to represent the Form-7 before the respondent and if the Form-7 is presented https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as states supra by the petitioner, the respondent shall receive the same and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the interested parties if any. 6.Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the Form-7 from the petitioner.
