ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 11.10.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.24614 of 2023, wherein, this Court has directed the first respondent to dispose of the representation given by the writ petitioner.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the first respondent issued proceedings on 14.07.2025, rejecting the request of the petitioner.
