ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to club all FIR i.e. Crime Nos.3 and 4 of 2022 registered at District Crime Branch, Ramnad District and subsequently altered and filed before TANPID Court, Madurai, Crime No.24 of 2019 registered at City Crime Branch, Madurai City.

2. Since all the Fir in crime numbers relating to the accused finance institution was already clubbed together and the Investigation Officer in the level of Deputy Superintendent of Police was appointed, no further order is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
