ORDER:- This Civil Miscelleneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Udhayakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. R.J.Karthik, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: The above application has been filed seeking orders to return the original title deeds to the petitioner, as per the judgment and decree dated 26.04.2023 passed by this Court in A.S.(MD)No.243 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have received the original title deeds from the Registry.
