ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta in respect old Survey No. 1000/2 the new Natham Survey No. 1000/44 an extent of 3 cents situated at Gandhi Nagar Colony, Jayamangalam Village, Periyakulam Taluk and Theni District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.07.2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that as and when the petitioner makes an online application, the same will be considered and orders would be passed within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the petitioner to make an online application and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of online application.
