PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR registered in Crime No.141 of 2019 dated 25.06.2019 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner/first accused is concerned.

4.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with a direction to the Investigating Officer to number the case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
