Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police has filed charge sheet as against the petitioner and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.62 of 2012. He further submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 19.05.2016. The statement is recorded.
