C.M.P.(MD)No.15500 of 2025 (Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This application has been filed to restore the writ appeal as against the third respondent.
2. Earlier, the petitioner had filed C.M.P(MD)No.11919 of 2024 seeking to condone the delay of 1017 days in filing the restoration petition and that petition came up for consideration on 15.09.2025 and on examination of the reasons advanced, the delay had been condoned. This application has been filed as a consequential application.
3. We would set aside the order dated 04.10.2019 and restore the writ appeal against the third respondent. This petition is ordered. [C.V.K., J.] [R.V., J.]

C.M.P(MD)No.3384 of 2025 This application has been filed to implead/substitute the proposed respondents 6 to 8 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that several times notice had been taken.
2. However, a perusal of the record shows that notice has not been served on the respondents 6 & 7 and it was returned as 'No such addressee'. The name of the respondent No.8 has been printed in the cause list.
3. Issue fresh to the respondents 6 & 7 through Court and privately returnable by 23.10.2025.
