Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner claims to be in possession of the petition mentioned property. It is said to be an ancestral property. The learned Special Government Pleader would contend that the petitioner's request cannot be considered as she rests her case on an unregistered document. Be that as it may, when the petitioner has given a representation dated 17.10.2020, the first respondent is bound to pass orders thereon one way or the other. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that first respondent will pass an order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
