ORDER
The petitioner claims to be a retired army personnel and he also claims that he is practitioner of acupuncture therapy. He is said to have parted with sum of Rs. 1.53 crore to one Selvakulendhiran and others. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to take action on his representation dated 02.07.2025. The representation dated 02.07.2025 shows that it is a money dispute. The petitioner had earlier submitted representations on 02.03.2024 and on 20.03.2024.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the petitioner is in the habit of lodging complaint to the CM cell and DGP and other higher officials. The complaint of the petitioner dated 20.03.2024 has been enquired and closed on 22.01.2025 that as a money dispute. Even thereafter the petitioner has repeatedly lodged the complaint and filed this petition. 2/4
3.Recording the above submission this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
