"DrugOffender" C.No.53/Detention/C.P.O./TC/2023, dated 11.06.2023 passed by the second respondent under u/s.3(1) & u/s.3(2) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law Offenders, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Sexual Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act (Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982) and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu before the Hon'ble Court now confined in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli and set him at liberty.

2. Mr.I.Romeo Roy Alfred, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents are before us.

3. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 18.07.2023 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.3906, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department.
4. In the light of the aforementioned undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
