Seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2026 and direct the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry as against the 7th to 10th respondents, this writ petition is filed. 2/5

2. The learned Government Advocate Mr.Arun Arockiasamy submitted that the representation is received and the enquiry is pending and also insisted that the nature of the complaint lodged by the petitioner is more a civil dispute.

3. However, since the enquiry is still pending, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the respondents 7 to 10 on notice under section 64 BNSS and afford an opportunity of hearing and thereafter conclude an enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
