This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.07.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has received the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022 and the same is pending for enquiry.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022 and to complete the enquiry and take suitable action on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
