ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent by considering the Petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2026 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the third respondent. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that CSR No.239 of 2026 was issued and enquiry is pending on the petitioner's complaint. 2/4

4. Learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent has no knowledge about the complaint lodged by the petitioner against him.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
