PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue necessary police protection to the petitioner and her property, situated in Natham Survey No.557/3, Block No.52, to the extent of 4 cents, in Thuvakudi Main North Road, Thuvakudi, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2020.

This petition has been filed for punishing the contemnor/ 2nd respondent for his willful disobedience of the order dated 11.09.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 11.09.2020, the respondent herein considered the representation given by the petitioner and the parties were directed to approach the Civil Court for resolving the dispute.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) may inform the outcome of the enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is directed to serve copy of the report to the petitioner.
