ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 7 & 8 of POCSO Act, and Section 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.8 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the mother of the victim girl. The victim girl was working in the petitioner's Finance Company. During that period, the petitioner had committed the sexual assault upon the victim girl. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that this is the third anticipatory bail application. Earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.9629 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court on 09.07.2024. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is the third anticipatory bail petition. Since the allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature, earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court. Hence, he strongly, opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. sd/- 05/08/2024 / TRUE COPY / /08/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
