The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose of his appeal , dated 12.3.2025 challenging the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/3127/2024, dated 26.2.2025.
2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The Petitioner filed an application before the second respondent seeking issuance of patta in respect of the property situated in S.No.77/35 in Pulangudi Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District .The said application was rejected by the third respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the Petitioner submitted an appeal before the second respondent on 12.3.2025. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the appeal filed by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the Petitioner, dated 12.03.2025 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
